Library & Reference: what defines an entry as shareable

Hi folks, I just noticed on some entries I create in my library module are share-able while others are not. In think the shareable one was referencetextwide (so going from memory so my nomenclature will be off)
Others are the standard referencetext or whatever it should be called.
So...what defines an entry as shareable?

OK that made little sense, what I think I should be asking is..
In CoreRPG file ref_basicclasses.xml, the windowclass referencetext is not defined as shareable while referencetextwide has the tag <sharable />.
Why one shareable and not the other?
