Help please (connection problems)

I am trying to host a game for my friends and I, but no one can connect to me. I tried to open the port 1802 and i still failed the connection test. i am using my phone as a wifi hotspot. ive tried port forwarder apps, turned off my firewall, tried to follow couple tutorials for opening NAT using phones, ect... i cant seem to be able to connect to or be connected to on FG. I use my phone to play XBOX and other games all the time. I have no idea why it wont work on FG. please help. Thank you

What kind of phone are you using?

you probably wont get it working on a mobile phone without some form of VPN....
