Module not appearing in library

We are using D&D 5e, with the 4 base class packs (wizard, cleric, fighter and rogue). The modules all have the lightning bolt in my GM setup, and all of the players except 1 can see the module in their library.

For this player the module is in the module list and he can "open" the book in the module activation window (it stays open), but it never appears in the library. Any ideas?

Try clearing the player cache for the player who can't see the module in the library. On the "Join Game" screen, press the "Nuclear" icon in the top right. "Take off and nuke it from space. It's the only way to be sure..."
