So, I've been wondering what your streaming setups are for the AL games? I've noticed that some use a multi-program approach and use Roll20's video/voice with Fantasy Grounds. Does that seem to be the most popular option? Do you show the DM screen?

you dont actually use Roll20 - you just use the Google Hangouts which Roll20 is built on top of.
i think if you use roll20 it helps you can rename the players with their character.

I've been using OBS Open Broadcasting software (free) and stream to Twitch Tv. Its pretty simple to use and there's a good tutorial on how to do it HERE (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=stMBmiEwvYE). Admittedly, I did mess up the voice capture on TeamSpeak - but I think I worked through that issue. The other nice thing about streaming to Twitch is that you can archive you're recording and save to youtube if you're so inclined.

I used Open Boradcaster to stream the FG-Con games I played in.

Hangouts will automatically save and stream to Youtube too.

For my last game I had two instances of FG, GM and Player. I then shared the Players view in a Hangout on Air. We used voice only, no video. This was a lot less stressful on my machine than just a single instance of FG and OBS streaming to twitch.

And as damned noted, my stream automatically gets saved to youtube.
