Wanted the Undead Trait, that is if reduced to 0HP, make CON save DC5+Dam taken.
Not sure this can be full auto but it looks like a Concentrate Test, with base DC of 5, so I thought it might be there.

must make a Constitution saving throw DC 5+ Damage taken
that becomes this on combat tracker

It is close enough to use, but when I click it I get
in Chat
GM ? Zombie Save VS Undead Fort 0

I know I am just missing it, but can not seem to find the correct syntax or order.

You won't be able to automate that rule within the current ruleset framework. It would have to be added as a feature request or a community extension.
