ERROR loading pre-gen'd PCs for Lost Mine of Phandelver

I bought the Phandelver module and activated it. I have the PHB opened, but I get this error when I try to add the pre-gen'd PCs. This occurs for all 5 PCs.

[ERROR] One or more data records (features, traits, inventory, spells) were unable to be loaded. Please ensure that your Player's Handbook or Basic Rules - Player modules are loaded; and re-add the pregen character.

This is a known error and has been reported a few times (use the site search functionality to find he posts/threads).

The PC will still be added to the character selection screen and can be used. Hopefully the actual raising of the error will be fixed soon.

When a player loads one of the pregen characters he always has twice the movement rate (i.e. 60). Is that another known bug?
