How do I set the clerical spell Protection From Evil and Good at Fantasy Grounds?

At present there's not a way to create an effect which would cover all of the possible outcomes from that spell. The best you can do is to create an effect with just a description in it and use that as a reminder. In other words in the actions tab of the Cleric right click on the spell and from the menu select 'Add Action' then select "Add Effect". A new line will appear below the spell. Click on the little magnifying class and in the 'Description/Conditions/Modifiers' box type whatever you want; say "protection from evil". Set the duration to 10 minutes and leave everything else as it is. Now close up the dialog. When the spell is cast drag the effect onto whoever is the beneficiary. All it will do is remind the player and the DM that the character has the benefit of the spell on him and so appropriate action needs to be taken if an aggressor tries to charm, frighten or possess the character.

You can also set up another effect (using the same selections as above) and this time in the dialog type [GRANTDISATK:] - without the brackets. Now if a creature of the type specified in the spell threatens to attack the beneficiary of the spell, drag this effect onto that person before the attack roll is made. The roll will then be made with disadvantage. This would be exactly the same as pressing the DIS button at the bottom left of the screen before the roll is made.

Not in the standard ruleset. You can use this extension to add a lot more conditions that can be used with IF and IFT conditional modifiers: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?22803-Channel-Divinity-Paladin-Vow-of-Emnity-Effect&p=195251&viewfull=1#post195251

You can use them with the base 5E ruleset, with or without the PHB. The extension simply adds the new conditions listed in the post and you can apply those conditions to entries in the combat tracker and use them in a conditional IF or IFT effect: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/5E_Effects#Special_Components

See this thread for examples of how to use a similar extension: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?20505-Alignment-Condition-extension&p=168812

Protection from Evil and Good. IFT: aberrations, celestials, elementals, fey, fiends, undead; GRANTDISATK ?
IF: aberrations, celestials, elementals, fey, fiends, undead. IMMUNE: charmed; IMMUNE: frightened; IMMUNE: possessed ?
And I donīt know how to make if I had any of those conditions.
If I create those "effects" is it works?

You can only have a single condition in each conditional effect. And you can only do it to check for a condition on themselves or the target.

So, you're best putting an alignment based condition, for example evil on the evil creatures - you will have to do this manually to all evil creatures that might attack. Then have the following on the creature with protection from evil on them: Protection from Evil; IFT: evil; GRANTDISATK
