Is there a link or forum where I can see other members albums ?

Photos uploaded by other members.
If I click on community, and then Albums,I can only see my own.
So I am asking, is there a smart way to see to see albums?

Well there's the Gallery where some people post pictures. There's lots of video's on Youtube, Twitch, and Steam.

There is. However, I see no albums there, and I think it is for screenshots only
