3.5e and Pathfinder modules (basic ones) are included free in the Modules -> Library.

But there are no drag and drop for races and classes like on the 5E module?

Thats correct. That feature is only present in the 5e ruleset. It requires a huge amount of coding.

There are drag and drop modules for race and class, but it doesn't automatically adjust your character sheet with the stats. Instead it puts links to the ability descriptions in your Abilities tab. Saves you on typing but you have to do the math yourself.

Look here for the 3.5/PF modules:

You can also use HeroLab or PCGen to create your character and import using the Character Importer tool. Info here: https://www.fg-con.com/information/pathfinder-society-organized-play/preparing-your-pc-for-fantasy-grounds/

+1 for Hero Lab. A huge time saver, but it isn't free.

You can also vote for this entry in the FG3 "wishlist" and hope that it will be implemented in some of the future releases ... ;)
