According to this page (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=181142704) here. If users link their Youtube accounts to their Steam accounts you can have your video's displayed in the Steam video page (https://steamcommunity.com/app/252690/broadcasts) for Fantasy Grounds.

Wonder if this would be sufficient for the Adventurer's League games.

Quote from the ALPG "as long as the public is able to easily access the streaming content through a website or application" - I would say the public can't easily access it as you have to have a Steam account.

Actually, I just tried this. I don't think you need a Steam Account to view the stream. I just went to the Steam website but did not log in and I wasn't autologged, then I went to the Dota 2 Store entry, from there jumped to their community hub, clicked the broadcasts tab and clicked on a stream and it played. Theoretically you could do the same with FG and D&D so it might fulfill the requirement of easy public access.

I have not looked into what it takes to stream on Steam as compared to Twitch but there might be an advantage of one over the other.

Ok when I looked I thought it was Steam subscribers only, however I didn't spend too much time there as you can't stream on a Mac yet :(
