Adventurers League Online Tools Website (https://www.online.dndadventurersleague.org/). The Adventurers League Online Facebook page announced an Online tools application where players can log in to search for online games, DMs post their online games to find players and both can create player/DM logs for their sessions. When you go the site, there's also a nice Youtube video showing its functionality.

I hope to soon have all of the Tier 1 Surrogates *.xml files created. Should I just post them here? Would some other kind soul do the Tier 2 Surrogates?

I suggest you post them on DMs Guild. That is where I posted all the WoTC standard levels 1-10 character examples.
