Rolling d100

I have noticed that when rolling the d100 specialty dice that it gives erroneous results any time the 1's dice rolls a 10. So, for example when I roll 40 on the 10's dice and 10 on the 1's it gives me the result 50 instead of 40 as would be expected. A roll of 00 and 10 on the tens and 1's die give me a result of 10 rather than 100.

Is this something that is easily fixed? Or is there something I am missing?

It *looks* wrong but it is correct.
The 10s dice is 00-90 and the singles is 1-10 which gives you 01-100.
