Welcome to the forums. First place to go looking for stuff is the "sticky" threads at the top of each forum. The parser is in a stick thread at the top of the 3.5E/Pathfinder forum and available here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?20522-Pathfinder-Creature-Parser-V2-Beta-Version

The parser has moved on quite a bit from the version used in that video. There are a few gotchas - based off statblocks not conforming to the Paizo standard, so please take the time to read through the first few posts in that thread - and have a look at the examples that come in the ZIP file you'll download.

Any questions or issues post in the parser thread. Hope you save as much time with it as I have. :)

As an FYI -there's also a more basic creature parser included in the Green Ronin Advanced Bestiary release: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/product.xcp?id=GRR2901e The main differences being the creature parser linked above parses spells and more data, the advantage of the Green Ronin parser is that it can be used on the fly in game and that it also gives you more visual feedback of where issues might be in the statblock.

or there is an alternative version available in the Advanced Bestiary product but that ones not free. Pro's and cons to both versions the free version does more but is sometimes hard to get to run, the paid one is more forgiven but gets things like CMB wrong and doesn't parse creature spells fully
