Experienced player new to FG looking to try the shiny new D&D5e stuff

I've used other VTTs but since the big D&D announcement I'd like to give FG a whirl and see if I want to commit.
I am pretty familiar with 5e (have DM'd a fair bit), have a headset/mic and teamspeak, mumble etc.
This week I am available to play Friday night and Sunday night (Eastern/utc-5).
I could dip into an existing campaign or preferably play in a one-shot.
Not fussed about class, just looking to see how it all works.
