In the Iron Gods Campaign the PC can get headaches on a failed save, the character takes a –1 penalty on all Intelligence-, Wisdom-, and Charisma based skill checks is there a way to create an effect that would do that?
I tried Headaches; SKILL: -1 circumstance, Appraise, Bluff, Craft, Diplomacy, Disguise, Handle Animal, Heal, Intimidate, Knowledge, Linguistics, Perception, Perform, Profession, Sense Motive, Spellcraft, Survival, Use Magic Device.
I also tried it without the comas as well.
