Ist there a way to "draw cards"

Hi!

Rollable tables are a fine thing, but can they be set up to "remove" an option already used? The idea is to simulate a stack of cards that is being drawn from, removing the cards already drawn (as far as I know there is no card stack option in FG - this thread (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?11241-Cards) is the closest I found).

Of course I wouldn't mind an extension offering a definable stack of cards... ;-).
