Problem is simple: I have some players with powers that read like: "... and the target gets an attack penalty equal to your charisma modifier". So, looking at the effects table, it seems like a very easy code: ATK:[-CHA]
However, it simply do not work. When dragged over the target, it only applies the "ATK:" part of the code. No value returns.
This do not happens when I suppress the minus symbol. So, ATK:[CHA] returns the proper value. This only happens when giving out a PENALTY based on a stat.
I'm using the flat values as a workaround right now, but I wanted to report the bug, just in case.
