Player getting login errors?

a player of mine is trying to login and keeps getting this error, and then it closes on him.

Get the player to go to their <FG App Data>\rulesets directory and delete 5e.pak and and 5e folders. Then run an update to download an uncorrupted 5e ruleset.

where would the FG appdata folder be at? trying to describe it to him over skype at the moment

Return to FG launch screen and click the "FG App Folder" icon in the top right. This will open Windows explorer at the FG app directory and just go to the "rulesets" directory.

for some reason he didn't have those folders it didnt do a complete install. he uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked perfect. thanks!
