Seeking a game, new here..

Well, hello!
I'd like to begin with saying that I haven't any experience in fantasy tabletop games, and as gobsmacked as you may now be, I apologize.
I'm looking for my first game. I've read and understand the majority of the basics of D&D due to my experience with supplementary fantasy roleplay on various online games, playing many RPGs and text adventure games - providing me with somewhat of an edge to the whole idea. I've envied a pen & paper like this for a long time now, but never had the place or people to look towards.

Welcome to FG. One of the things you might want to do is mention your timezone. There are players from all over the world in these forums so it will help when finding a game or two. Keep your eye on this forum as it is where a lot of recruiting takes place for various games and systems. If your into the fantasy RP you might look for a Castles & Crusades, D&D, Warhammer Fantasy RP, or Pathfinder game to join. Most people are very welcoming and are more than willing to help out a newbie. Again welcome :3

I have a slot in my Tuesday night game and potentially one in my Sunday night game. Both are weekly, 7-10pm US/Central, and using Castles and Crusades (similar to old-school D&D).

I play a Pathfinder game on Saturday mornings (Saturday evening for you) that is run by a DM in U.K. It's an evil campaign but were having a lot of fun with it.
