FG Con VI - PFS player bookings live. Be quick!

FG Con VI player booking went live at midnight GMT this morning (Feb 28th). Lord Kavos now has the record for fastest fully booked events - 2 completely booked up within 8 hours. Well done mate!

Xazil must have been waiting outside for the door to open as he booked onto Lord K's games at 1 minute past midnight, closely followed by Holo Gnome 3 minutes later. You boys are keen!

We have 18 PFS sessions running at FG Con VI - we are running in fixed 5 hour slots with a 1 hour break between each. We have Paizo product support so there are chances of winning player boons and Paizo PDFs.

This year we have some Core Campaign games running - look for CORE in the title, if you don't see it then it's not a CORE campaign game.

If you want to see just the PFS games at FG Con VI, got to the events page (https://www.fg-con.com/events/) type pathfinder society in the search field and press enter.

Don't restrict yourself to only PFS at FG Con - there are currently 30+ other events running over the 72+ hours of gaming - try something new out!

But get in quick - games are filling up!

For sure. There is plenty of room for additional sessions to be run - but dont go burning out on gaming... ok - you can if you like!

We still have 6 weeks before FG Con. There will be more sessions posted between now and then. If you are on the fence and need some encouragement - just holler! Actually if its for PFS better holler at Trenloe... :)

I noticed my "Hall of the Flesh Eaters" game filled up really quick but so far no interest in "Trial by Machine" maybe because of the time slot, or perhaps most players have already played it by now? I could run "Slave Ships of Absalom" or "The Seagang Expedition" instead perhaps.

One thing to keep in mind is that registration just opened... things will change a lot before the event. That said.. I believe Trail by Machine was run twice at the last Con while the other two were not run at all.

Trial by machine was run by at least 2 GMs at FGCON5, so I would say that is the issue.

I tend to search the PFS FG boards to see what mods have run in recent times, and base my choices on what to run on modules that haven't been run at all or not for a while...

At this stage, only players from the usual FG community are signing up for games - the word is still slow to get out. We have 6 weeks to go, so I wouldn't worry too much at this stage.

Remember that we also want to attract people from outside of the community to try Fantasy Grounds, so don't just cater for the reprobates around here! 6 weeks is still along way to go, don't read anything into not getting any bookings in the first few days.

As Trenloe says - one of the aims of FG Con is to grow the community by bringing new players to our tables.

The FG Con team will spruik your games out there on the big bad internet but we can reach so many more people when you interact with us out there and when you spread the word thru your own circles too. For any of you that use G+ please try to +1 and reshare the posts regarding Fantasy Grounds whenever you can. I can post 1 hundred messages or if I post 10 messages that get 15+'s and a couple of reshares it will get much more visibility and traction.

Follow Fantasy Grounds, Eric Lamoureux and Damian Hupfeld among others!
