I am wondering if there is a very basic module out there that is just the dice roller, something that creates a basic plain character sheet for any form of game out there that does not have a module? No automation's, no preformed sheets or stats.. just something that I can use if I want to run a game that is not currently supported.. anything like that out there?

CoreRPG is as basic as it gets.

Here is an OUTSTANDING tutorial on how to create your charactersheet. https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?23137-Walkthrough-of-Creating-a-Character-Sheet-for-any-game-system-with-zero-coding

I've used CoreRpg to run games that weren't supported by a ruleset and it worked great. I though it was very organic. No automation, just people rolling dice like a face to face game.

What planet have you been hiding under Shotgun?
CoreRPG is where its at.
And it does support Dice Rolling and other funky stuff.
And shameless plug - check out this Extension to make it even easier for you as GM: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?23281-More-Core-extension-for-CoreRPG
