Push to talk button

What key do you usually use for push to talk? I thought about using the ` key but I think it types a bunch of ```````s over time. What's another good key to use? Thought about linking one of the quick keys on my mouse to the pause/break button since it isnt used for anything.

I typically use the left CTRL key for PTT.

I use Scroll Lock for push to talk.

I use the left Ctrl too much for copy/paste, undo, and select all.

What key do you usually use for push to talk?
Mouse4, under my thumb. But I don't use push-to-talk exactly, I set my VOIP in voice recognition (it activates when I talk), and I use Mouse4 as a toggle for auto-mute/unmute. That way I don't pollute the game with background noise, yelling after cats, lighting my pipe, squeaking chair, but I can talk and type at the same time if necessary.
