I was thinking, is there any way to create an effect rule that satisfies the following alternatives if the character has advantage in the roll of the dice fulfills the rule, otherwise not, the enemy is at a disadvantage to fulfill the rule but not.

You can set up conditions using the IF and IFT commands (see the effects wiki https://https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/5E_Effects). If you could describe what you want to do with a bit more detail we could perhaps give you a more definitive answer.

I know it has the sneak attack from rogue, but I wanted to set up a rule that is so, I'm attacking with advantage use the sneak attack, the enemy is at a disadvantage use the sneak attack but do not use.

I did this by creating an effect on the rogue's action tab as follows:

Sneak Attack;DMG : 1d6; [ROLL];[SELF]

The [ROLL] and [SELF] part come from setting the targeting/Expenditure to Targeting Self and Expend? on next roll.

When the rogue has advantage the player needs to click the ADV tab on the bottom left of the screen and make the roll. If he hits then he drags the effect onto the target and then rolls for damage. The effect then adds in the sneak attack damage. The 1d6 part would need to be updated as the rogue levels up.

This, I think, is as much automation that you can get into this kind of scenario because clearly FG cannot know if the rogue has advantage or not.

Is this in any way helpful?
