Problem Creating Module in new Savage Worlds

I am attempting to create a module using a PDF of a Savage Worlds adventure.

Normally, I can highlight, <CTRL C> in the PDF, go back to FG and <CTRL V> to paste it.

For some reason CTRL V is not working. I can CTRL V into a note or word doc with no problem so I know the command is working.

Has anyone else experienced this or how have you gotten it to work. I have restarted FG to try and see if that helped, it didn't.

I have also tried to copy/paste from a text document and that also does not work.

Any help appreciated.

CTRL + V works fine for me in FG and especially in SW ruleset. But if you cannot overcome it for reason or another (because of external source) you could try out using the latest Enhanced Library extension. There is new "Paste Text Button" feature (you will have enable it in your preference, it's called "Show Paste Text Button"). When enabled you will see small blue-background-with-arrow-down icon next all formatted textfields (such as story entries). When you click that button it will paste text from your clipboard into that field and will reformat it so you don't get double-lines (might happen sometimes). It will also try to quess what formating you might want to use in the text! Note that this feature is not library module related features, I created it to easy my copy-paste adventure tasks. Seems like you are on the same quest now :)

I'll give the "Show Paste Text Button" a try to see if that fixes the problem. I am using webroot so maybe it is helping to keep all my secrets out of FG, but nothing else..LOL

It was WebRoot. I had to go into the advance settings and under "shield" I had to uncheck the allow blocked programs access or some such. It then gave me a warning, I told it to always allow FG access and I am now rolling along again.
