Can't Connect

I've set up port forwarding and am successful when using the run test button but I can't get my players to connect. Help?

Normally if the Test is working for you as a GM, then the players shouldn't have any problems connecting to you if you give them your alias. Is this your first time hosting or have you hosted successfully in the past? Just in case it wasn't obvious, you'll need to record the alias info and go ahead and launch the campaign first before having your players connect. You should start receiving notices when they first connect and then it will take some time for them to download the campaign. Is it getting through any of these steps or do you never even see the note that the player "Bob is connected"? What sort of message do the players receive?

Also, is everyone on the same version?
