Oracle Lightning Breath DC

Can't find anywhere where it shows my lightning breath reflex save. The lightning breath is from my oracle revelation. My DM wants a specific link to show what the reflex is or he is going to make it DC 14 with me being lvl 9. Hero labs is showing it at DC 20, but hero labs could be wrong also hero labs does not tell you how it calculates it.

Anyway can someone help me out?

Each oracle must choose from among the following mysteries. Unless otherwise noted, the DC to save against these revelations is equal to 10 + 1/2 the oracle's level + the oracle's Charisma modifier. Spells marked with an asterisk (*) appear in Chapter 5 of this book.
