Emerald Spire - the cellars for levels 1-3

I am thinking of running this level of the emerald spire super dungeon either this Friday or the following Friday dependant upon which Friday night my wife choices to have a mums night out leaving me free to do some extra online gaming, I will announce the game in the proper manner once the date is firmed up. I plan to run the whole thing in one go and it rewards successful players with 3xp and 4 prestige

I was with you for part 1 of this, and am also in Xazil's games. His games take place at 11am PST on Fridays. If your game is late enough it may work, although last game Xazil ran took us 8.5 hours to get thru. Not his fault, we talked a lot.
Anyhow, I am interested if the times work out.

Your calendar link from the above message saying you are playing on Friday does not work and your calendar link from the Announcement Thread has SATURDAY at 8pm GMT as your game time. Which is the correct time? As a number of people mentioned the Friday time conflicts with Xazil's game. If your game is Saturday you will have a lot of people who want to play.

I am playing this character in Friday's game, the day before yours, so it will be a last minute posting of my xml and chronicle after i finish Friday's game. I hope this doesn't rush you, because I am sure there are a few more people in both games as well.

I think Hawk has a Full License, which means you'll have to have a player's license. Unless his signature is an old one.

My last Chronicle and Pre-Chronicle have been adjusted after the fact. The only real change is I have 40 fewer GP than before.

sorry not done anything about chronicle sheets and even registering the game as i was involved in kids birthday aprties and stuff like that yesterday. I also have two PFS games at a convention to prepare for next Saturday. I will do a minimalistic PDF form tonight pre signed with fields for putting your own stuff in . Thanks, Hawkwind. Was there anything special about the 4 longswords and dagger, or were they just normal/MW? Also, you mentioned something about a pair of 6-sided bone dice that rolled 6's - was that a special magical item or humor? ;) Also, did you mention acid - scroll or potion?

I mentioned all those things as they were in the module yet they do not appear on the official chronicle sheet so you can't have them. The dice would of been cool and yes the sword were either normal or master work

for a total of 10xp = 5th level

You level every 3 XP, not every 2. So you are level 4 with 1 xp towards 5.

Yea that confused me too til Xazil reminded me we start as level 1 and hit level 2 at 3xp. so its level = (xp/3 +1)

I note that Silversheen is on the chronicle so i wanted to (or could I) make a magical +1 silversheen battleaxe what would be the cost and would it be worth it?

Silversheen 250 + Magical weapon (+1) 2000 + masterwork 300 + base weapon 10 = 2560gp ?

Also how much pp to buy lot b1?

The silversheen listed is like an oil you coat your weapon with, its a one shot item. You buy and keep it to make a weapon silver when you need it.

There is a material called silversheen that costs 750 (including MW cost) from Pathfinder Companion: Qadira, Gateway to the East (https://paizo.com/store/paizo/pathfinder/pathfinderCompanion/pathfinderRPG/v5748btpy88zq).

There is alchemical silver which is -1 damage unless the weapon is a blunt one (eg warhammer) this costs 90gp for a normal weapon.

A mithril weapon also counts for beatin DR/silver but is more expensive again (but lighter for those of lower strengths).

Also if you eventually enchant a weapon to be +3 then it overcomes DR/silver and DR/cold iron.

For a weapon based class having cold iron and silver is a good move and you could carry say a silver warhammer for when you need either/or a blunt or silver weapon for example. Then have like a cold iron longspear for reach and cold iron etc.

There are quite a few ways to work it out. Also note there are blanches which only apply for a single hit, but are cheaper again.

Blanches also have the benefit of allowing both metal types at once. I used this on 10 of my cold forged arrows to give them both properties. I know you can't do that with regular Silvering, but not sure about all the other applications and ways to do it.
For arrows tho I think thats the best option.
