I love the top down tokens but find it a bit hard to see them on a map with a fair bit of terrain detail, for example. So I made a base, in photoshop. Simply copy and paste your token onto the base - in any image editing program, resize if you want (I resize to 100x100@100ppi), save as a PNG and there you have it. So, if anyone wants it, here it is, with an example:

Yeah, I've used that and didn't like its bases, that's why I decided to make my own :)
It's also a lot quicker for me to do it in Photoshop. I open the token base image. Open the folder with the tokens, drag a token onto my base in Photoshop which resizes automatically to fit the base. Save it as a PNG. Undo the the dragging of the previous token. Then start over for the next one. takes about 5 seconds do do each one from start to finish :)
