Where have the ruleset reference docs and the library dissapeared to ?

There used to be a link to them on the main page, right where the wiki link is now. I have looked in the wiki and cannot find them there. Funnily I have some old bookmark and that works.
This is a really bad change, I used to jump around with those links a lot while tinkering with my custom stuff.

So why are those shortcuts gone? Can I get them back ?

Under Wiki -> Development guides. Then Ruleset Reference and/or Ruleset Modification Guide.
