He will be releasing the first draft of the basic rules in a few days. I'm going to see if I have the time to craft an FG ruleset for this in time for the December playtest release.

Might be cool if you ask Sean if he's interested in a Fantasy Grounds ruleset? He hasn't committed to exactly what license he'll use in terms of public availability of material: "We are looking to find a middle ground between Paizo's Compatibility License and Monte Cook Games' Numenera Limited License."
