Help with monk attacks

Need help with inputting the monk attacks and bonuses to each hit. Particularly the flurry of blows skill.

What level monk?

Level 8

You need to do individual attack bonuses in order to get the final value you actually need.

For example, an 8th level monk with a "Base" attack of +10 to give +16, +16, +11, +11 on the flurry:
