Lost username/Password

One of my players had a system crash and had start from scratch. He's notorious for forgetting user names an passwords. He paid for the full version of FG. How can he recover his user name/password so that he can find his activation code for the program? He said he tried e-mailing, but got no response.

Did he send email to [email protected]? I didn't see one that wasn't answered.

You can also send us note with his email, and we can try to look up and resend to his email. Please reference this thread.
