I have been pouring over the info. I played around with the Demo on Steam. Finally decided to buy Fantasy Grounds for Dungeons and Dragons 5E. What information would be helpful for a newbie like myself. I know there's a HUGE video I have to find and still watch. Anything that can help me would be great.

My advice: start with the CoreRPG Tutorial Videos as the CoreRPG Ruleset forms the basis of "most" other Rulesets (including the 5E Ruleset) - people seem to like my Tutorial Videos Series (but then again, I could be biased) :)

Once you've got the basics down-pat move on to any 5E Videos - as a general rule-of-thumb, the videos on the Wiki seem to be better/more up-to-date/whatever then others that you may find on YouTube, but all of them will give you something.

My Videos can be found on the Wiki or directly from the links in my Sig below.

The other way to learn is to get stuck in and play a game with Community Members - most of the guys and girls will be helpful when a newbie is learning.

Have fun

Cheers

Is there any data for the Players Handbook? I see some people have done Adventures for the Mines and Tiamat. Is there places to download this?

Wizards of the Coast 5E material is protected by copyright so it can't be distributed without their permission (currently no one has such permission). There are ways to get some of the info into Fantasy Grounds in the form of Fantasy Grounds library modules:

https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?21835-D-amp-D-Basic-Rules-PDF-Parser Handy because it auto-reads the Basic D&D 5E rules PDFs you can download for free.

https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?18123-Project-Par5e More advanced - it requires you to extract the information from the 5E books, format it correctly and then run it through the parser to create the FG library module.
