For ages untold, a gemstone monolith has pierced the heart of the Echo Wood. Now, as civilization intrudes upon this enigmatic splinter, a strange life once again stirs in the depths—one with ties to undying evils and a might beyond time itself. The promise of wealth and power calls to glory-seekers from across the Inner Sea region, tempting them into a labyrinth of monster-haunted vaults, defiled tombs, arcane laboratories, and worse, as they seek to unveil the secrets locked below the legendary Emerald Spire.

I'm going to try and do this level in one evening, its worth 3xp and 4 prestige points plus a rather special chronicle sheet

@hawkwind I want to retrain Evelyn who's at Level 2, what do I have to pay in order to do this or is it not possible at this point. I mostly just want to change out my feats and traits. Equipment and spells are the same.

Also 8:15pm your time zone, what does that translate to in US EST? 3:15pm

Ok, so she's limited to the Retraining rules found in the PRD. Feats, not a problem. 10gps X Level X number of days and 1PP per day. 5 days for a Feat, so 100gps and 5PP.

Not sure about background traits other than those that are gained through the Additional Traits feat (by retraining the feat).

I'll bring a paladin, so only part healing. Bringing a proper healer wouldn't be a bad idea.

Only racial traits are listed in the Ultimate Campaign retraining rules - and these take 20 days per racial trait, so 20pp.

Just as an FYI - you need to have any retraining indicated on the chronicle sheet:

After 1st level, if you own a copy of Pathfinder RPG Ultimate Campaign, you may use the retraining rules that begin on page 188 to alter your character. Such changes must be made in the presence of a Pathfinder Society GM, the GM must initial each change, and each change must be noted on an official Pathfinder Society Chronicle sheet.

Janek passes a wand of cure light wounds into the party and mentions that each day he can bring small healing to those of goodly hearts and his knowledge of anatomy is quite decent.

There is a scenario long buff, or alternatively a permanent mutation.

The mutation is a roll on a big table of random effects, if more than one person uses it a once then they can choose an effect rather than rolling.

I ran in to a hitch trying to report the adventure at the Paizo Site.It still hasn't been listed as an event you play even though the chronicle sheet has been out since August, I have therefore registered the event under a different adventure just to get an event number, I will report it fully when Paizo sort there end out

2-3 I think, though before every one gets excited I don't have any immediate plans to run the next level as I'm now running a regular 5e game however i do plan to do vast chunks of the spire as a bit of light relief. I imagine i will announce the next level before the end of the year

By the way Hawkwind I was having a bit of a look around the PFS forums for Emerald Spire because I might run it myself in the future. They said in there that while in announcements you can only put "Emerald Spire" in the reporting it actually lets you select which part of the Spire you are reporting for, so you should be able to report this game to the correct place.

I have just checked the paizo site and they have added the Emerald spire at long last, I will complete the paperwork other the week end, I might even do the prep on the next level as well, fingers crossed
