Paid for upgrade, nothing changed.

Edit: RESOLVED It was worrying that there was no changes on the fantasy grounds website, but received my product key in a e-mail, followed instructions to upgrade, and it's done.


Earlier today I've purchased an upgrade from player liscense to full. Paid with credit card trough paypal, have the receipt, money has been taken on the card.

But nothing else happenned. The purchase is not in my order history, and I don't have the full version unlocked.

I believe this is a manual process from Smiteworks - they will need to check the order and send you your upgrade license key. Keep an eye on your email (and SPAM/junk folder) for a key from Smiteworks. It usually takes less than 24 hours...
