OS functions allowed?

Can rulesets use functions in the LUA OS library, such as os.time?

os.time was added with FG 3.0 as per M_W here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?21746-Chat-Log-Entry-Timestamps&p=182582&viewfull=1#post182582. Most of the other OS library functions, and others libraries, aren't supported in Fantasy Grounds - some info given here but I believe this is not 100% complete: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/modguide/scripting.xcp
