Question. How do I retrieve my password and such so I can put FG on a new computer?

I cannot find any of my old information. Emails, etc. Thank you ahead of time, feeling very non-computer savvy today!

You obviously know your password in order to be able to login here? It's the same user ID and password.

Otherwise, if you're relying on the password stored on the login page/remember me: change your password - click the "Profile" link in the top right corner (to the left of "Log Out") and from the left sidebar select My Account -> Edit Email and Password to be able to change your password.
