Easiest way to scrape a pdf (4E)?

Is there still a fairly straight-forward parser that can scrape any pdf for 4E? If so, can you point me to it?

There isn't I'm afraid. People have looked at this, but the 4E PDFs are in so many different formats that it would have been nigh-on impossible to write a parser that would cover a lot of PDFs.

I used that 4E parser to parse some character powers and feats the other day. . .SO IMPRESSED!

No big deal, i actually find that entering the data manually really helps me familiarize myself with the material, which is always a bonus when it comes time to run the game.
