i need help making custom races in xml. basically i need a template to work off of. something simple will do

Open up the Basic Rules module that's provided in the PFRPG ruleset and look at how the races are presented in that. You can follow the instructions given here (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?21762-Creating-a-new-spells-module-3-5e-PFRPG), more or less. Alternatively, use RTFallen's Advanced Race Guide Module (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?21255-PFRPG-Advanced-Race-Guide-Module).
