Character conversion

I've created a few characters with HeroLab but when I went to save custom output there appears to be only support for D20pro or xml. Is there any way to convert the HeroLab created characters for use in FG?

Can someone who has Hero Lab double check this for me? Is the custom output for FG still in the latest version?

I'm away from machine for day.

These are the only options I get when using custom output.

The FG Character converter for 4E only supports D&D Insider characters (.dnd4e files), it doesn't support HeroLab for 4E.

Well that stinks. So no other way to convert 4e hero lab output?
