There is an issue I keep bumping up against when using FG in an active campaign and it has to do with the responsiveness (or lack thereof) of the drawing tools.
Here is the scenario:
1. I have a map up on screen
2. I go into drawing mode/select the pen
3. I try to start drawing on an image and nothing happens
4. Then, about 25-50 pixels later or 3 or 4 pen motions later (significant lag), drawing finally starts working
This issue makes it very difficult to make fine markings on maps and the lag is often very frustrating. It seems like there is some modal operation (feels like a file i/o problem to me, qualitatively) getting in the way of pixel updates.
