Found this via Kotaku and thought it would be a good read for any future/current GM's. I like some of his ideas, especially the one on giving NPC's actual names instead of 'Generic guard #54533298'.

And if you're stuck for an NPC name in the middle of your game, Ardem's Random Extension can help create names and other random "things": https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?17072-Random-Extension

*Trips over himself, running to the keyboard to give Ardem some much deserved rep*
Err, so are there any more hidden treasures like that floating around?

I'm sure there are a few, however the amount of unhelpful information out there is staggering. Like my English professor says when grading freshman papers: "Its like digging for gold in a septic tank"

I'm talking about the FG extension, not the article!

Look at the sticky threads at the top of each sub-forum in the "Game Systems" section. There will usually be a sticky for "Extensions" that work with that ruleset and also one for modules (if the data for that ruleset can be shared - e.g. there is an OGL/creative commons license).
For example:
CoreRPG and derived ruleset compatible extensions: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?20320-FG-3-0-CoreRPG-Extensions
3.5E/Pathfinder compatible extensions: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?15925-List-of-Extensions
3.5E/Pathfinder compatible library modules: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?16074-List-of-Modules
Explore the other Game Systems sub-forums and check out the "sticky" threads (the different coloured threads at the top of each forum).
