How in the world do you set up a 1d3 for a dagger for a halfling ? and 1d4-1 is not the same thing.

There's a d3 custom die on the d6 radial menu. Select that and drop, or type /die 1d3 in the chat frame.

Or, if you're setting up an NPC for use in the combat tracker, just enter the weapon as "Dagger (1d3)".

Anyone else not seeing the "custom dice" option on the d6 in the CoreRPG ruleset? I can see it in 3.5E.

It's not in CoreRPG right now. It's coming in 3.1, when it's finally ready to show.
