"Manage Attachments" not working on forum?

The "Manage Attachments" button seems to have stopped working for me. It still changes colour on mouse-over, but clicking has no effect at all. I've tested this in both Firefox and Chrome, on my Windows Vista machine. I've used this machine to add attachments before, and haven't upgraded it since. All the other buttons work fine.

I know that Manage Attachments triggers a pop-up window. (just checked here) Perhaps an update to one of your browsers enabled a pop-up blocking mechanism? I know that Chrome auto-updates.

Make sure that your URL in the browser isn't https - this has been known to cause issues with the attachment window.
