If a DR effect uses an "and" or "or" clause within the damage types that overcome DR the whole DR effect is ignored.
e.g. DR: 10 cold iron or good (drag a "Demon, Babau" from the Bestiary to the combat tracker).
and
DR: 15 good and silver (e.g. "Devil, Pit Fiend").
Both of these effects don't apply an DR, split them out separately and they will work individually - which doesn't help for the "or" clause.
I'm pretty sure this worked OK in previous releases...
