Transfering Player Characters

Greetings, Quick question...

Is there a way to transfer my player characters from one of my games to another without transferring the whole campaign folder?

For example, I run multiple GURPs Fantasy games... and I would like to transfer the player characters from one GURPs campaign that I GM to a different GURPs campaign that I GM. I notice under the FG application data folder there is a Characters folder... the only thing under that folder is one file called GURPS_4e.xml

How can there only be one file even though I run multiple GURPs games with different groups of players?

Also, /exportchar (handy for exporting all PCs from a campaign all at once )and /importchar here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/Chat_Commands

I'm not sure which of these approaches are supported in the GURPS ruleset.
