Tinkering around with module/campaign creation, is there a way to have a chat frame extend over more than one paragraph?

Let me know if you figure it out lol
But I'm 99% sure you can't. Just gotta click on each frame's bubble paragraph to send it to the chat window for the players to see. Which isn't bad anyway.

And to quickly format more than one paragraph (although you still need to do it one paragraph at a time) use CTRL+3 for a chat box. Info on shortcut keys for formatted text here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/The_Basics#Formatted_Text_Fields

Thanks for the link Trenloe. Figured out a good chunk of that just playing around. The right click came pretty easily to me, at least in this case. After some trial and error and a bit of testing I figured it would be too much to throw up in the chat window. Players would get bored and not read it. So I either need to prune down the intro or do a combination of stuff ot the chat and verbal passage of information.

Another option is to make the information as a story entry and share the story entry with the players. This has the advantage of appearing in their story list so they can go back and open the entry whenever they want. And if you want to undo the sharing at any time you can do that by clicking on the (P) icon in your story list next to the entry shared.

As I already have it as a story entry, that might be the best way. So players don't see story entries until I share them, and only as long as I share them?

Yes, that's right.

Hi Mortar - in the game we played I shared a couple of pieces of info with you guys as whispers and others as shared notes.
If you have a Chat text defined you can also drag that text via the bubble onto a player portrait to deliver it as a whisper.

And you can do the same with story entries - drag the link to the player portrait to share a story entry with one or more specific PCs.
