Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add an NPC to the Combat Table
2. Put its token on a map
3. Delete the NPC from the Combat Table
Result:
Script Error: [string "scripts/manager_token.lua"]:97: attempt to call field 'onTokenDelete' (a nil value)
