How to get rebate (Support email was unresponsive)

I just blew $150 on the GM edition due a frustrating situation and was hoping to get a refund. Before I go through my bank, I figured I'd try one more time to try and get in touch with someone who I can get this all taken care of.

I don't believe I have any support emails that have not been responded to yet. We had someone recently (3 days ago) request a refund for an Ultimate because the gaming group dissolved before the campaign could launch. The name was Byron with a hotmail email address and I responded the same day (May 26). Is that you? If so, you should see a response email from [email protected]. I CC'd our [email protected] address. I will forward the response again if you want to check your Spam settings.
