Hey everyone, I stumbled across this video game, Legend of Grimrock (https://www.grimrock.net), which rekindles past classics such as Dungeon Master and Eye of the Beholder. I've been having a blast, literally ...

Great to kill a few hours ... it uses a modern 3D engine, employs the familiar 2x2 party, inventory combat and spells system and it even has a in-game level editor so that you can reskin and make your own dungeon crawl adventures. The game is a snip at only $15.

Screenie of my party taking on a bloody scary spider [be warned don't play this game late at night!], mummy!

The developers are working on the follow up which is already looking fantastic (https://www.grimrock.net/2014/01/27/new-screenshots-and-a-list-of-features/ (https://www.grimrock.net/2014/01/27/new-screenshots-and-a-list-of-features/))

In fact it is in the daily humble bundle until 2PM EST tomorrow. https://www.humblebundle.com pay more than the current average (at $3.46 at this time) to get that and a game called Paper Sorcerer.

Now that it is an excellent deal. Desktop Dungeons is another classic clone of the old green screen Moria! (Anyone remember that, or am I getting too old).
